What Gives Bluetooth Headsets An Advantage Over Regular Ones?
Bluetooth is a nifty piece of technology that connects one device to another through wireless means. This technology has been available for quite a while now, and in fact there are several devices that come equipped with this technology.
Handheld devices like mobile phones and pocket PCs usually come free with headsets to make them more convenient to use when calling someone while you're on the road or doing something that requires the use of both your hands. These are incredibly convenient devices that we can use while driving, multitasking and doing other things that may be disturbed by clutching a cellular phone on one hand.
So, about these headsets, have you considered purchasing those that are wireless and Bluetooth enabled? Here are a couple of advantages to these things should you choose to buy them.
1. The next time you use a headset, don't worry about the cords being too short and all.
There's nothing more annoying than using a headset with a cord that's too short to make it useful and convenient for its own good. Sure, headsets were made so that people on the go could stay on the phone indefinitely, but what's the point of it all when the cord would be too short to make it convenient to use? This would mean that you're going to have to keep your phone close by like in your chest pocket of your jacket or some other place where the wire's length wouldn't be stretched too far.
However, with a Bluetooth headset, you needn't worry about wires and cords anymore. It provides you a wireless range from your phone that allows you to walk around your office talking on the phone despite your mobile being on your desk. This way, you wouldn't be tied down anymore by annoying wires and cords that could tangle quite easily.
2. Bluetooth headsets allow you to connect with a variety of mobile phones.
If you've got more than one mobile phone in your pocket, you're obviously going to need separate headsets for each cellular phone. This would mean that you're going to be carrying more stuff and more headsets with tangled wires. This would double the time you're going to be wasting spent on untangling cords, hooking them up on their respective phones and what not.
With a Bluetooth headset, assuming of course that it is supported by more than one mobile phone, you could use that very same headset in a variety of cellular phones. This eliminates the need for you to switch headsets together with the phone every time you change phones.
3. You're going to look a whole lot cooler with this baby on.
If you're looking at someone talking through a Bluetooth headset, you can't just help but stare and think about how cool it looks to have one on for you to use. Call it vanity or whatever you want to, but that'll definitely give you some style points when you're using a Bluetooth headset instead of the ordinary ones.
